Bill was truly one of a kind. I will always remember his almost childlike joy in discovering new things, which he never stopped doing. New hobbies, new ways of drawing, painting or sculpting brought him such unjaded delight it was contagious to all of us around him. He was above all honest about how he felt about things. I'm proud to call him my friend.
